Lack of focus robs many people of reaching their goals, or getting what they desire.

Turn off the TV, close out of Facebook, shut down your email, you may even have to turn off your phone.
Block out everything except the task at hand.
If you feel at the end of the day you didn’t get anything done or are struggling and can’t pinpoint what’s holding you back.
Chances are it’s the distractions in your life that keeping you for being focused.
